Heading back to land

This morning has been a bit better since I am starting to get used to the rocking of the boat. We should be docking at some point this afternoon. While I am a bit excited to not be agressively rocking with the choppy waves, I'm going to miss being out at sea. This has been a great experience, and when the waves were calmer, it was peaceful as well. The science and ship crew were all amazing people and I am so glad that I got to know them more while out at sea. I will also miss my dear friend, the ice cream freezer. Hopefully, I will have another chance to do this again sometime.  Until next time Weatherbird II (I will be back)!
